Shipping & Handling
We aim to process orders within 1 – 3 working days.
Please note that orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

NOTE that for heavy or bulky items an extra cost may be incurred but this will be made cleared prior to the order being confirmed.
Delivery is provided by the Royal Mail or by courier with expected delivery times as follows:
UK 1- 2 working days
Europe (EU) 3 – 4 working days
Europe (outside EU) 4 – 5 working days
Rest of world as stated at the time or order
We are not liable for return postage however any item resent in replacement is free. We would also advise you to obtain proof of postage when returning items as we are unable to claim responsibility for any goods lost in transport. If any package does not arrive and is deemed missing, Royal Mail will take 14 days to verify this and in such instance we cannot send out a replacement product until this time period has elapsed.

Consumer contracts regulations 2014
Under consumer contracts regulations 2014 customers have the right to cancel an order up to 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order either by returning the goods to us or by notifying us in writing (includes e:mail) within the 14 day window of your intention to do so. Goods should then be returned within 14 days.
To return or exchange an item
Please send to the address below, ensuring that:-
- The goods are in a new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labelling enclosed.
- Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Kozi Kidz reserves the right to deduct monies from refunds where the goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value.
- In the event of a refund, full refund of the product cost will be given within 14 days of receipt for goods returned in useable condition. Return postage costs will not be reimbursed unless the item is deemed to be faulty or in the case of an incorrect item having been sent out in the first instance.
- The original purchase receipt or invoice is enclosed

If goods are damaged or faulty when you receive them please contact us immediately on the above number or by emailing us at email@example.com so that we can advise on the return and/or replacement of the item.
Damaged or lost items
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, we will replace the goods to an equal value or offer a full refund after a full investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out. Normally around 14 days. Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
